FSAI invites you to participate as an exhibitor in this one-of-a-kind conference and trade show focused on the flight training industry. As the training market continues to evolve in America, we see more and more conference attendees every year. New schools continue to pop up and existing schools are growing. Our exhibitor hall has grown over the years to become the “One Stop Supply Chain” event for this flight training community. Attendees have said it is worth the cost of registration. FSANA's name has changed, but the event hasn't.

- Exhibit space sold out for the past three years and we expect the same for 2027, so reserve early.
- FSAI Annual Partners who plan to exhibit are required to submit an exhibitor form.
- FSAI assigns booth locations based on level of FSAI Annual Partnership.

Located next to the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center, Hyatt Regency offers spacious accommodations, an outdoor rooftop pool, an on-site Starbucks and FedEx Office, and multiple dining options—all within walking distance of the South Market District,

Fee covers 10 x 10 classic booth and conference registration for ONE person, which includes reception, 1 dinner, 2 lunches, and coffee breaks. Each additional attendee registration is $650.Exhibit rate until November 16, 2026

Become a FSAI Annual Partner and ignore the exhibit fee altogether. You receive a complimentary exhibit space AND one or more conference registrations. All Partners are entitled to exhibit space, annual branding, and other exclusive benefits. Many in the supply chain elect to become FSAI Annual Partners because of the additional incentives they get for only a few dollars more.
